Ballymacarbry Community Centre is located
in the village of Ballymacarbry in the scenic Nire
Valley on the R671, 16km south of Clonmel and 24km north
of Dungarvan. The village nestles in between the
Comeragh and Knockmealdown Mountains on the banks of the
River Nire. It is just over an hour's drive from
the provinces three principal cities, Cork, Limerick and
Waterford and just 20km from the motorway that now links
Cork and Dublin.
The surrounding area provides
breathtaking scenery, tremendous natural facilities and
has something for everybody, be it a mountain walk,
fishing, golfing, sporting events or somewhere to relax,
unwind and enjoy yourself.
